Booking

  • I have made a booking but I did not receive any confirmation of my itinerary via e-email, what should I do?
  • How do I retrieve, view and/or print my Travel Itinerary?
  • I am unable to travel on my scheduled date, may I transfer it to a friend / family member?
  • Do I need to bring a print copy of my ticket or can I show the confirmation email of my purchased ticket on my mobile device?
  • What if my bus is delayed or rescheduled?

Payment

  • My payment was successful, however I have not received my ticket/s. Does this mean my booking was unsuccessful?
  • Why am I unable to make my payment with my credit card?
  • Can I purchase my ticket using my friend’s / family member’s credit card?

Baggage

  • Will I need to bring down my luggage to the immigration entry / exit points at Singapore/ Malaysia?
